FC Augsburg played out a 2-2 (1-0) draw with second-tier side Hertha BSC in a friendly during the international break. Rodrigo Ribeiro (35') and Alexis Claude-Maurice (61') put the Bundesliga side ahead on two occasions, but Julian Schuler (67', 75') hit back each time for the visitors from Berlin.
The Match Flow

Hertha captain Josip Brekalo hit the post in the 28th minute. Against the run of play, Augsburg took the lead through Ribeiro after half an hour. Shortly after the break, Claude-Maurice doubled the advantage, found in the box by former Hertha player Marius Wolf. But Hertha fought back. Schuler headed in to make it 2-1 and completed the comeback eight minutes later. Augsburg's Tim Schnitzer almost snatched a winner, but his shot from the edge of the area rattled the crossbar in the 78th minute.
