Augsburg Centurions won their first GFL 2 home game 68:7 against Biberach Beavers, showing they're a force to be reckoned with this season. The Centurions prepared well and took the guests from Biberach very seriously. The first Zweitliga-Touchdown in the Rosenaustadion was given to the guests, but the Centurions then dominated the game with 34:0 and 27:0 in the second and third quarters. The defensive line stifled every attack by the Biberachers. The most spectacular player of the Augsburgers, Runningback Kalfhani Muhammad, scored his first impressive run for a touchdown. With the extra point by Kicker David Wowczynek, the Centurions equalized before the first change. The head coach Eugen Haaf was satisfied with his team and warns of the away game next Saturday against the Albershausen Crusaders.
